Our Wellbeing Hub is a place to find all kinds of useful information and resources to help you cope with everything life throws at you.
There will be all the latest advice and guidance from Red Balloons and other organisations all on one handy page.
At the moment this seems even more vital than usual!
We want ALL our members to know, that we are here for you. Due to the Covid-19 situation, although we are not currently operating groups as scheduled, we do want to extend temporary services and support to those that may need them, for any reason.
We are here to support you through this incredibly tough time, both physically and mentally ❤
🎈A daily message service from 7am - 7pm. If you need a friendly ear, somewhere safe to express any worry or concerns or simply for some friendly conversation, please message the Red Balloons page, and Claire or one of our team will be there. PLEASE remember, we are NOT trained counsellors or doctors. We are trained to listen and support on a peer to peer level.
🎈 A PRIVATE community chat group in order for you to chat safely and privately amongst yourselves. Maybe it is to share tips about how to manage your wellbeing during self isolation, what coping techniques find work for you, or simply to discuss the new series on Netflix.
