Here at Red Balloons, we want you to know that your safety at our sessions is paramount at all times but especially during the current pandemic. With this in mind, we have published our COVID-19 Risk Assessment for any group sessions we run.
Taking care of our physical AND mental health has never been so important!
Please, help us spread the word that we are here, we are open and we can help!
Below are examples of some of our leaflets/flyers. If you have a notice board, staff room, waiting room, or anywhere else you think they could be handy to have around, pop your email address below, or get in touch through message, and we will send you over a copy. They can also be useful to share on your social media pages or through your email contacts!
Thank you for all your support. We wouldn’t be who we are without you!

Claire has been sharing her story publicly since 2018. Whether it is a 30 minute presentation or a 2 hour in depth talk, we can tailor make a package to suit you and your needs. From suicide to eating disorders,, from depression to how exercise helped save her life.
Claire has experience speaking in front of Primary School children, up to mature students in university, from small groups in an informal atmosphere, to large groups in an auditorium. The sessions can be interactive or simply a “story telling” exercise. It really is up to you.
