Are you going through a tough time? Come along and join us at any of our free walk & talk groups, which provide a safe, non-judgmental environment. No need to book, just turn up! Our volunteers have lived experience and use this to offer peer support.

If group walks aren't your thing, or you'd rather build up your confidence first, we have availability on various days and at various times to run one-to-one walk & talk sessions.
These sessions are 30-60 minutes and give you the chance to talk to a trained peer supporter in a safe, confidential and no-pressure environment. Multiple slots can be booked if availability allows.

Red Balloons Ramblers offers the chance to build up your fitness and improve your mental health with a series of guided walks/hikes, plus fitness and mobility sessions.
We offer Mountain Skills/Navigation Skills and Mountain First Aid Courses. Our Peer Support Walk Leaders will be on hand to support Ramblers with their mental health.

We offer a valuable messaging service, which is accessed through our main Red Balloons Facebook page. It is monitored 7am - 7pm, 7 days a week. Offering a safe place to talk to stay if you are struggling, need to ask something or just need to check in with us.
We run a private Wellbeing Facebook Group called Red Balloons Wellbeing. It's a safe space where people can post how they feel and get support from a warm and kind community of peers.
